Lions Field Park – Fullerton , CA
Design/Build project involving rehabilitation of a municipal recreational facility. Phase I included design of site improvements (ball fields, drainage features, lighting, landscaping, retaining walls, concession buildings, and parking). Phase II involves construction management and administration during construction phase. |

Palm Drive / Gene Autry Trail - Palm Springs, CA
Performing construction management services during the reconstruction of the Palm Drive / Gene Autry Trail Interchange, and widening the Gene Autry Trail Bridge over Union Pacific railroad tracks in Palm Springs. The 24-months project includes structures and roadway inspection, construction staking, soils and materials testing, and environmental site monitoring.

Melrose Grade Separation – Placentia , CA
Construction managers for grade separation project. Work included street realignment and reconstruction, and storm drain improvements. Project features included retaining walls, sidewalks, storm drainage pump station, sewer and water main improvements, street lighting, traffic signals, and subgrade preparation and ballast installation for railroad shoofly. |

Indian Wells Golf Resort – Indian Wells, CA
Development managers overseeing construction management team during rehabilitation of two 18-hole golf courses, and construction of a practice facility and clubhouse. Work included clearing and grubbing, rough grading, lake construction, and construction of landscaping, irrigation, cart paths, restroom facilities, and clubhouse. |

Bridge Improvements – Beaumont , CA
Construction managers for Potrero Creek and Four Seasons Circle West Bridges . Construction included both driven and cast-in-drilled hole pilings, structural concrete, reinforcing steel, pre-stressing, structural excavation and backfill, drainage, decorative barriers, and stamped concrete. |

Imperial Highway Smart Street Project –Yorba Linda , CA
Construction managers during widening of Imperial Highway to a six lane conventional highway. Work included construction of a cast-in-place conventional two span box girder bridge, street widening and reconstruction, intersection improvements, retaining walls and sound walls, water and sewer improvements, and traffic signal installation. |

On-Call Construction Management Services
Construction managers to the City of Fullerton since 1999, administering contracts and supervising in house construction inspection staff. Projects have included main arterial street reconstructions with added beautification funds supplied by the Redevelopment Department. Completed more than 60 public projects to date. |
