Bryan Stirrat, P.E.
Bryan has more than 35 years of civil and environmental engineering experience. This has included the design and construction oversight for infrastructural improvements for municipalities throughout Southern California. Project work has included freeway interchanges, street and storm drain improvements, grading design, and water supply systems, as well as the design and construction of infrastructure for solid waste processing and disposal. Bryan is a registered civil engineer in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Hawaii, Montana, Illinois, and Guam. He holds masters degrees in environmental and petroleum engineering from the University of Southern California, and a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Rich Huffmire
Rich has more than 35 years of experience managing large construction management projects in southern California and the Southwest. His project experience includes large infrastructure development projects, earthwork construction, installation of drainage improvements, and construction of water, wastewater, and solid waste facilities. He is a licensed general contractor and a Qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Developer and Practitioner. Rich also has a strong background providing constructability review of engineering drawings, evaluating construction specifications, and providing technical assistance to field personnel during construction operations.
